The clash was between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Mumbai Indians that was held at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Hyderabad. Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma gave a good start to the team after that Heinrich Klaseen's explosive performance helped the team to set this high target i.e. 277/3 Runs.
Two players of Sunriser Hyderabad made the Fastest Fifty yesterday first Travis Head scored 62 runs in 24 Balls and right after that Abhishek Sharma broke that record by scoring 63 runs in 23 balls and Heinrich Klaasen did the icing on the cake for SRH by scoring 80 runs in just 34 balls (not out) their marvelous performance set the target for opposition very high for competing.
Previously the record for setting high targets was of RCB (Royal Challenger Bangaluru i.e. 263/5 and this record was broken yesterday by SRH after 11 years. RCB set that target for defunct Pune Warriors India ( in 2013)
As Travis set the record of the fastest 50 in 18 balls the opposition team Mumbai Indians former Captain Rohit Sharma did break his record in the same match by scoring 50 runs in just 16 balls i.e. new benchmark set by the Sharma. Rohit Sharma also scored 63 runs in just 23 balls but still failed to complete the target MI made 246/5 and SRH won by 31 runs
