Afridi returns as the No. 1 ODI bowler, with Hasaranga ranking second in T20Is

Shaheen took eight wickets at an average of 12.62 in the Australia ODIs

As per the latest ICC rankings Shaheen Shah Afridi Pakistan's No.1 player gets the No.1 ODI bowler title, Pakistan cricketers dominate the top spots, with Babar Azam increasing his lead as the number one batter in the format, while Afridi takes the top spot as the best ODI bowler.
Afridi is able to take eight wickets with an average of 12.62 only in three outings that were against Australia which puts him behind Rashid Khan, Keshav Maharaj and Kuldeep Yadav to be on top. Now Rashid has received the No.2 title, Maharaj gets the third and Kuldeep Yadav down to fourth. This is Afridi’s second time when he has reached to top position in ODI ranking. 
Seam-bowling partner Afridi Haris Rauf gets the number 13 position from 14 after taking up the 10 wickets against Australia in ODIs because of which he also received the Player of the Series award. Meanwhile, Naseem Shah reached at 14 spot to 55th. 
Babar's scores of 37, 15*, and 28* helped him extend his lead as the top ODI batter. That is why he is ahead of the Indian trio of Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. 
There were significant movements among allrounders after the ODI series between Afghanistan and Bangladesh in the UAE. Mohammad Nabi, who was named Player of the Series, stayed at No. 1, while Rashid moved up to third. Azmatullah Omarzai's strong performance pushed him up two spots to No. 9, making it three Afghan players in the top 10. Bangladesh's Mehidy Hasan Miraz, who took three wickets and scored 66 in the third ODI, climbed four places to No. 4.
Wanindu Hasaranga has 6 for 37 in T20Is against New Zealand - Despite struggling in the second match, where he took 4 for 17, he moved up four places to second among the bowlers, just behind England's Adil Rashid.
Akeal Hosein’s tight bowling against England moved him up to third place, while Ravi Bishnoi's four wickets in two games against South Africa lifted him to No. 7.
Among the batters, England's Phil Salt (second) and Jos Buttler (sixth), along with West Indies' Nicholas Pooran (10th), all climbed one spot in the rankings after two matches in the five-match series in the Caribbean.
In the ongoing South Africa vs India T20I series, Sanju Samson continued his climb in the batting rankings. His second consecutive T20I century, a 50-ball 107 in the first match, helped him jump 27 places to 39th. The South African pair of Reeza Hendricks (up two spots to 12th) and Tristan Stubbs (up 12 spots to 26th) also moved up in the T20I batting rankings, which is still topped by Travis Head. Phil Salt and Suryakumar Yadav complete the top three.
