ICC T20 World Cup 2024: Richie Berrington will captain Scotland at the T20 World Cup 2024, 15-Man squad revealed

Scotland announces the 15-player squad for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup T20.

Not a month left in the T20 World Cup 2024, Scotland has also revealed the Squad of 15 Players for the upcoming tournament. The T20i World Cup 2024 will begin on June 1^st in the USA and West Indies. The young batsman Michael Jones and Fast Bowler Brad Wheal got a place in the Scottish 15-player squad for the T20 World Cup 2024. Despite this, Michael from Durham and Brad from Hampshire currently playing in England’s County Championship. So, however, they both haven’t been included in the Tri T20 series against Netherlands and Ireland, this month.

An all-rounder, Riche Berrington will be selected as the lead for the tournament. The rest remaining squad of 13 players will be the same which has been chosen for playing in the Tri-Series happening in Ireland and the Netherlands.

As per the Schedule, the Scotland team will leave for the Caribbean island on May 26^th. Before the destinations, their first stop will be in Trinidad and Tobago for the warm-up sessions against Afghanistan and Uganda, respectively. Later, they will leave for Barbados for the Tournament opening game against England on June 4^th.

Scotland will rival against the Group mates. It has been placed in Group B alongside England, Namibia, Oman and Australia.
