Ben Stokes stepped down towards the practice session on a Wednesday (14th Feb) in Rajkot. Stokes took 20 20-minute sessions while continuing his journey in live cricket as an all-rounder.

However, He will not bowl from the England side for Indias final 3-matches test series. After the knee surgery at the end of November 2023, Stokes is in recovery mode and keeps increasing the bowling pace for the team?s latest tour during the current season in India. During the practice session before the match in Visakhapatnam, he bowled at a 70 per cent pace for three overs, a day before the third test. However, Stokes mentioned that he will not bowl in this series. But, he practising towards the improving points which would help him in the upcoming T20-world cup, which will be held in the Caribbean and United States. During the June 2023 Ashes Test series at Lord?s, he eventually bowled well, but his Left Knee condition left him stubborn, making him unable to play the 50-50 World Cup. He came out with the ODI retirement during the injury period. During the world title of 2019, the comeback for Stokes was unsuccessful as the team got eliminated in the group stages. The Lack of coordination among the playing XI during the event, couldn?t help the stokes to perform better. Stokes pulled out from the IPL due to the excessive workload on the playground, last season, he used to play for Chennai Super Kings. Currently, as per reports he is happy with his physical progression. And working on reaccumulating the bowling performance.
